How do I place an order?
Browse the store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need an account to track your order history — you can create one during checkout.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the item may already be queued for production or shipping. Contact us at hello@gymtek.shop as soon as possible.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, log in to your account — your order will appear under order history if the payment went through. Still nothing? Email us.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the EU. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us and we'll see what we can arrange.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the EU. Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. 3D printed mounts) have an additional 2–5 business day production lead time before dispatch.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
My package hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local carrier and then email us at hello@gymtek.shop with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom-printed or made-to-order parts are non-returnable unless defective.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@gymtek.shop with your order number and reason. We'll send you a return label and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
The item I received is defective or damaged. What now?
Email us a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll replace it or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
Products
What materials are the 3D printed parts made from?
We primarily use PETG for parts that need heat resistance (near electronics) and PLA+ for structural mounts. Each product listing specifies the material used.
Are the parts compatible with my specific model?
Product listings include a compatibility list. If your model isn't listed, email us the model number and we'll check. We regularly add new compatibility as we source or print test units.
Do you offer custom sizes or colours?
Yes, for most printed parts. Email us with your requirements and we'll quote you. Standard lead time for custom orders is 5–10 business days.
